We can support any voucher program within the United States. Each program's funding schedules, required documents, and compliance rules can be configured to match your state's requirements. We already have pre-configured support for Arizona ESA, Florida FTC, Utah Fits All, Texas TEFA, and other major programs — contact us to discuss your specific state program.
TMS integrations with FACTS, TADS, and Blackbaud are on our roadmap for Q3 2026. In the meantime, you can import and export student data via CSV, and our reconciliation tools work independently of your existing billing system. Many schools run both in parallel during transition. Custom integrations are available; reach out to discuss further.
Yes. We support SSO via SAML for organizations that want centralized identity management. Contact us and we will help you configure your identity provider.
Most schools are up and running in a day. You'll configure your school profile, select your programs, and import your voucher-funded students. We offer free white-glove onboarding support for all new accounts.
Yes. Student data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is controlled by role, and every data action is logged in an immutable audit trail. We handle student records in compliance with FERPA. A data processing agreement is available upon request.
Yes. You can add unlimited staff users with granular role-based permissions. School-level roles include Admin, Staff, Finance, and Read-Only. For multi-school organizations, organization-level roles allow cross-school access for finance teams, reporting staff, and auditors. Admins control all user permissions and school access.
Program configurations are maintained centrally. When a program changes — new disbursement dates, updated document requirements, rule changes — we update the configuration and notify affected schools. You don't need to manually track state program announcements.
The parent portal is optional. Parents can use it to upload documents, check their voucher status, and receive reminders — but they're not required to. Schools that prefer to handle all communication internally can use VoucherManagement entirely as a staff-facing tool.
